Donkey’s Carrot (Daily Workout Toronto)

What’s your carrot that motivates you to keep working out? For some it’s trying to look better, for some it’s losing weight, for others its just being healthy. What ever your carrot, use this workout to keep yourself moving forward!

Instructions: Repeat each move with no rest in between until the set is done, rest up to 2 minutes and repeat the whole set again 3, 5 or 7 times depending on your fitness level.

EASY – 3 Sets | MEDIUM – 5 Sets | HARD – 7 Sets | REST – 2 Minutes

 

  1. 40 Jumping Jacks
  2. 10 Plank to Stand Up
  3. 50m Run
  4. 20 Crunches
  5. 10 Pushups
  6. 40 Flutter Kicks
