Don’t have time to do a long workout? Love getting a sweat on and blasting through your workout? Then Loop Blaster is for you! Short, sweet and requires maximum output for only 10mins. Go as hard as you can until you drop or the timer stops.

What it works: cardiovascular system, aerobic capacity.

Main Focus: Endurance

Instructions:Set The Timer For 10 Minutes Repeat The Circuit Until The Time Is Up
EASY I – 10 Reps | MEDIUM – 15 Reps | HARD – 20 Reps Each

  1. Squats
  2. Star Jumps
  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. Pushups
  5. Russian Twist

Tip: Watch your pace on this workout, the key is to go fast enough so that you get a good workout, but not too fast that you burn out and can’t complete the 10mins. Pick your pace, stick to it, and push through. Then high five the nearest tree when you’re done!
