Some times you want a workout that is just none stop, pushed to the max, as hard as you can go! This one is short and sweet, if you’re up for the challenge then give it a try!

Instructions: Repeat each exercise as fast as you can for the allocated time, working through the list for a total of 1 min. The rest for exactly 1 minute and repeat it again 5, 10 or 15 times depending on your fitness level.

EASY – 5 Rounds | MEDIUM – 10 Rounds | HARD – 15 Rounds
1 Minutes Rest Between Rounds

  1. 20 Sec Sprints
  2. 20 Sec Front to Back lunges
  3. 1o Sec Squats
  4. 1o Sec Push-Ups

Tips: The great thing with this workout, is even if you are a beginner, just go at the pace that is comfortable for you. Maybe you can only do 3 push ups in 10 secs, that is fine. Maybe sprinting is too hard for you, that’s fine, just walk instead! The aim is to push yourself to the max, what ever your max is!
